MEDITATION IS IMPROVED OUR SELF ESTEEM. ITS SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF BRAIN STRUCTURES. AND ITS SUPPORTING STUDENTS ABLE TO CONTROL THEIR 
ATTENTION. DOING MEDITATION HELP TO REDUCING STRESS. ITS MAY EVEN MAKE YOU HAPPIER, AND ITS REDUCES NEGATIVE EMOTIONS AND INCREASE POSITIVE ONES.
THERE IS GOOD EVIDENCE THAT MEDITATION CAN IMPROVE WORKING MEMORY. THERE IS HAVE POSITIVE IMPACT ON BRAIN STRUCTURES ASSOCIATED WITH LEARNING AND PROBLEM SOLVING . 


MEDITATION CAN IMPROVE SLEEP QUALITY , ITS HELP TO AVOID NEGATIVITY AND OVER THINKING AND DEPRESSION. IT CAN IMPROVED PHYSICAL HEALTH. MEDITATION CAN HELP TO INCREASE INTELLIGENCE AND CREATIVITY LEVEL OF STUDENTS. AND ITS HELP TO STAY AWAY FROM BAD HABITS AND HELPS TO  GAIN THE CONFIDENTS


TO BEGIN MEDIATATING FIND A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN SIT COMFORTABLE AND QUITABLE. THEN CLOSE YOUR EYES DO NOTHING FOR A MINUTE OR SO. HEAR 
SOME AUDIO ( MANTRA ). AFTER ONE MINUTE AUDIO WILL FADE TO SILENCE. AND REPEAT IT DAILY. AND IMITATE THE MUSIC ( MANTRA ) THIS IS BIGGEST MISTAKE PEOPLE MAKE. MEDITATION CAN MAKE TO HAPPIER AND MAKE U CALMER. 
GETTING THE HABIT OF MEDITATING REGULARLY IS VERY IMPORTANT. THE MANTRA 
OF IPF MEDITATION ARE IN THE SANSKRIT LANGUAGE THAT WAS SPOKEN 3000 YEARS 
EGO. YOGIS IN INDIA HAVE BEEN USING THERE SAME MANTRAS IN MEDITATION.
SINCE THEN THE REASON WE MEDITATE IS TO EXPERIENCE SILENCE AND STILLNESS.

AND " SOMETHING " ARE ABSENT AND THE EXPERIENCE CONTAINS ONLY BEING SILENCE AND STILLNESS.
