                 MOST OF US KNOW WHAT IS APPROPRIATE FOR US TO EAT AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE CONTROLLED. HOWEVER, WE SUCCUMB TO OUR TEMPTATIONS. SOMEONE MIGHT PERSUADE US TO EAT, OR WE MIGHT HAVE THIS INNER DIALOGUE OF IT DOES NOT LOOK GOOD IF I SAY NO TO SOMETHING ALL THE TIME. I AM SURE YOU WILL FIND THIS FAMILIAR, AND SOME OF YOU MIGHT EVEN WONDER WHAT IS NEW IN THIS. THIS ONLY NEW THING HERE IS TAKING THE RIGHT DECISIONS FROM NOW ON.

              LET US STOP FOOLING OURSELVES - AFTER ALL, THIS IS OUR OWN BODY, WHICH WE NEED FOR AS LONG WE LIVE IN THIS WORLD. DO NOT FOLLOW THE EXAMPLE OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN EATING JUNK FOOD ALL THEIR LIFE AND ARE STILL HEALTHY - YOU DO NOT KNOW THEIR STORY, AND YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DO OR NOT DO. YOU ONLY HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR OWN BODY AND NOBODY ELSE'S.

             WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS (THE MOST ADVANCED SPECIES GOD HAS CREATED) WE HAVE THE POWER TO THINK, ANALYSE, ASSESS, AND LEARN FROM OUR OWN AND OTHERS' MISTAKES. THERE ARE DEFINITELY MANY TEMPTING PREPARATIONS THAT WE MIGHT WANT TO EAT, WHICH IS OKAY, JUST ENSURE SOME DISCIPLINE, AND HAE IT IN A CONTROLLED MANNER.

            SET YOUR OWN GOALS ABOUT YOUR FOOD HABITS. WE ALL KNOW WHAT AMOUNT OF FOOD IS GOOD FOR OUR BODY, DRAW YOUR OWN LIMITS, AND FOLLOW THEM RELIGIOUSLY. REMEMBER THE MANTRA- ANYTHING IN EXCESS IS POISON.

                    GIVE YOUR HEALTH THE HIGHEST PRIORITY. ONLY IF YOU ARE HEALTHY, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CHASE YOUR GOALS, PERFORM YOUR DAILY DUTIES, WORK EFFECTIVELY, EARN MONEY, SAVE MONEY, AND ENJOY ALL THAT MONEY CAN BUY. IF YOUR HEALTH IS NOT IN ORDER, EVERYTHING ELSE WILL GO UPSIDE DOWN, NOT TO MENTION THE PAIN, AGONY, DISCOMFORT, EXPENDITURE, AND TROUBLE THAT YOU AND OTHERS AROUND YOU WILL FACE.

                   YOU ARE WHAT ARE EAT. THERE ARE SEVERAL BOOKS, DIETICIANS, AND FRIENDS TO CONSULT ON WHAT TO EAT. ALL I CAN SAY HERE IT , EAT WHAT YOU THINK IS HEALTHY FOR YOU. IMPROVE THE PROPORTIONS OF VEGETABLES/FRUITS/JUICES, AND REDUCE THE PROPORTIONS OF OIL/GHEE/SWEETS/FATTY PRODUCTS.


                                                   YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT







                  SECONDLY, A DISCIPLINED ROUTINE - WALKING EARLY IN THE MORNING, SLEEPING EARLY AT NIGHT, TIMING O YOUR BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER, YOGA/EXERCISE, SITTING AND WORKING POSTURE- IS IMPORTANT FOR A HEALTHY LIFE, WATCH YOURSELF CLOSELY, MONITOR YOUR ACTIVITIES, AND MAKE A SELF-ASSESSMENT ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED.

                 BE SAFE-WHILE YOU MAY NOT HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER WHAT OTHERS DO TO YOU, YOU CAN AT LEAST CONTROL YOU OWN ACTIONS - OBSERVE SAFETY NORMS WHILE AT WORK, TRAVELLING, DRIVING, CROSSING THE ROADS, WORKING IN HAZARDOUS ZONES, WORKING OUTDOORS, ETC.

              FOLLOW THE SAFETY GUIDELINES PROVIDED, AND USE YOUR COMMON SENSE. REMAIN ALERT ALL THE TIME, LIVE IN THE MOMENT, AND BE FREE FROM DISTURBING THOUGHTS. IF YOUR MIND IS CLOUDED BY UNENDING DISTURBLING THOUGHTS, TAKE A BREAK, PUT YOURSELF IN A SAFE ZONE, TAKE CONTROL OR YOUR MIND, AND THEN, RESUME YOUR WORK.

           WHILE DRIVING EARLY IN THE MORNING, LATE AT NIGHT, OR WHENEVER YOU FEEL SLEEPY, JUST PULL UP YOUR VEHICLE, TAKE A NAP, REFRESH YOURSELF, AND THEN, RESUME -SIMPLE COMMON SENSE IS REQUIRED IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE TO AVOIND ANY ACCIDENTS.


                                 WALKING/YOGA/EXERCISE/SWIMMING


                DO WHAT SUITS YOUR BODY AND LIFESTYLE BUT DEFINITELY PICK UP A HABIT, AND LET IT BECOME PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE. SIMPLE EXERCISE KEEPS YOUR BODY WARM/FUNCTIONAL AND BURNS THE UNWANTED FAT YOU HAVE BEEN ACCUMULATING BY NOT EATING RIGHT. EXERCISE ALSO TONES UP YOUR BODY AND KEEPS YOU ENERGETIC AND ALERT, WHICH IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR DAILY FUNCTIONING.
