THIS INCLUDES YOUR CLOSEST FAMILY MEMBERS - SIBLINGS, PARENTS, SPOUSE, IN - LAWS - FRIENDS MEMBERS - SIBLINGS PARENTS, SPOUSE, IN - LAWS - FRIENDS, NEIGHBOURS, COLLEAGUES AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO SERVE YOU THROUGHOUT THE DAY RIGHT FROM DOMESTIC SERVICE TO ACROSEE - THE COUNTER STAFF AT SHOPPING MALLS OR STORES TO ACROSS - THE - COUNTER STAFF AT SHOPPING MALLS OR STORES.                            INJECT DAILY DISCIPLINE INTO YOUR ROUTINE TO KEEP YOURSELF PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FIT. YOUR LOOKS, GROOMING, AND OUTFITS ARE AS PER YOUR INDIVIDUAL TASTE - I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT BEING HEALTHY AND FIT.

                     DO WHATEVER WORKS FOR YOU - YOGA, EXERCISE, WALKING, EATING RIGHT, OR DRINKING RIGHT. I UNDERSTAND THAT IN TODAY'S WORLD, YOU MAY NOT HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OVER WHAT YOU EAT AND DRINK. HOWEVER, BE CONSCIOUS ABOUT IT, AND INDULGE AS LESS YOU CAN - AFTER ALL IT IS YOUR BODY AND YOUR LIFE.


                                                              MENTAL HEALTH






                             DO NOT TAKE YOURSELF FOR GRANTED. EVERY DAY - I REPEAT,EVERY DAY - YOU NEEDD TO TALK TO YOURSELF, ASK QUESTIONS LIKE, "HOW ARE YOU DONG TODAY ? AND WHAT'S GOING ON ? AND CHECK THE ANSWERS YOU RECEIVE FROM YOURSELF.

                      MEDITATE. LET US DEFINE MEDITATION HERE. MEDITATION DOES NOT MEAN YOU SIT IN A SPECIFIC POSTURE FOR AN HOUR AND ATTEMPT TO DO THIHGS THAT CAN ONLY BE ACHIEVED BY YOGIS AFTER YEARS OF PRACTICE. NO, MEDITATION JUST MEANS THAT YOU SHOULD PUT YOURSELF IN A SILENT ZONE, MINIMISE THE HUNDREDS OF THOUGHTS RUNNING THROUGH YOUR MIND REGARDING YOUR DAILY ROUTINE, TASKS ON HAND, WORRIES, ETC., AND JUST BE.

                BE YOURSELF AS IF NOTHING ELSE EXISTS IN THE WORLD, YOU CARRY NO RESPONSIBILITIES, AND THERE IS NOBODY TO TELL YOU ANYTHING, IF YOU FEEL EVEN THIRTY SECONDS OF "NOTHINGNESS" YOU ARE IMPROVING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. SOME LEARNED AUTHORS CALL IT AS BEING IN THE "GAP". ONE CAN EVEN GO INTO THE GAP FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES IN THE MIDST OF A CRISIS.

              THAT COULD BE A SEPERATE CHAPTER IN ITSELF - LET US NOT BOTHER MUCH ABOUT IT NOW. DO ANYTHING THAT CAN BRING YOU THAT BLISS, AND SUSTAIN IT TO THE EXTRA DOSE OF ENZYMES THAT REGENERATES THE CELLS IN YOUR BODY AND MAKES YOU YOUNGER, HEALTHIER, AND HAPPIER.


                                                                PAMPER YOURSELF






               DON'T TAKE THIS LITERALLY AND BEGIN INDULGING IN ALL KINDS OF EXPENSIVE AND ADDICTIVE ACTIVITIES. WHAT I MEAN BY "PAMPER" HERE IS LOOSEN YOURSELF UP A BIT EVERY NOW AND THEN, PLAY A LITTLE MORE, WATCH MOTIVATIONAL MOVIES, EXPLORE NEW PLACES, GIVE YOURSELF A GOOD MASSAGE, AND BASICALLY DO THINGS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL LIGHTER.

             DON'T TAKE YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY. IF YOU ARE LIKE ME AND ARE VERY HARD ON YOURSELF IN TERMS OF DISCIPLINE, TAKING UP MORE THAN THE REQUIRED TASKS FOR A DAY OR MEETING DEADLINES WITH A DO OR DIE ATTITUDE, WATCH OUT!.YOU COULD BE BURNING YOURSELF OUT WHILE LIVING WITH  THE MISGUIDED NOTION THAT YOU ARE COMMITTED AND DEDICATED AND EXPERIENCE A FALSE SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT!

            YES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO DO EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO DO TO MEET YOUR GOALS. EXCEL! HOWEVER, IF YOU FUMBLE, MISS, OR ENCOUNTER UNPLANNED INTERRUPTIONS OR CHALLEGES, DON'T BE BOGGED DOWN OR START BEATING YOURSELF UP OVER IT- JUST REMEMBER YOU ARE ON THE JOB AND THAT IT IS OKAY.

           DON'T LET PERFECTIONISM PUSH YOU DOWN AND MAKE A BIG DEAL OUT OF A MINOR ISSUE. REMEMBER THAT THE HEAVENS ARE NOT GOING TO FALL BECAUSE OF THE WAY YOU THINK BUT YOUR STATE OF MIND WILL DEFINITELY BE TURNED UPSIDE DOWN.
