IT MADE HIM FAMILIAR WITH HIS MATERIAL, WITH THE ORDER OF HIS POINTS. IT GAVE HIM A SMOOTHNESS AND SURENESS AND POLISH THAT HE COULD HARDLY HAVE OBTAINED IN ANY OTHER FASHION.
